Our Philosophy is very simple:  To create warm winter clothing of the highest quality, to use the lion's share of the profit to help people, and to provide unsurpassed customer service.  It's about giving at all levels.  

We start this chain of events by first hiring the world's finest workers -- U.S. citizens -- and we pay them well for the excellent work they do.

And what they help us to do is to create the world's best winter hats -- Hot Toddy Wear hats. We believe we have done this by using the finest materials and meticulous construction methods.  We have spared nothing.

 We also want these hats to perform exceptionally well, and they must be colorful and fun.  It is our hope  that people will recognize the creativity and effort that goes into our hats. We want people to look great, to stay warm, and to smile.  We know what's out there, and no one can hold a candle to our hats.  They are the best.

We also want to give our customers an exceptional buying experience, from having some fun exploring our website to being completely delighted with their new hat.  Answering questions and addressing concerns is a high priority of ours. Our customers rule.

Finally, the money we make from selling these great  hats is then used to help homeless people, and 100% of our after-tax profit is used to do this.
